For buyers: I will set you up on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for homes that meet your criteria and we will go see homes in person that you are pre-approved for. 

• • Once a home is decided, we will write an offer as soon as possible so that the seller will be able to respond.

Using my background in business, I will price your home competitively with a detailed CMA so that you'll get the best value in the current market. I am also a certified Professional Property Stager and we will make sure your home has the best possible photos and is staged well so that buyers are more inclined to put great offers down and feature your home on the MLS.
